 Hmmm...

I have nfs_client and nfs_server set to "YES" in /etc/netstart.

  I also have a file /etc/exports...

And, as evidenced in the screen clipping, I'm running nfsd, etc..

So, my question is why to I continue to get the message? (At every reboot.)

[ponds.water.net]$ ls -l /etc/exports
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 47 Dec 16 12:50 /etc/exports
[ponds.water.net]$ /bin/ps -gax | grep nfsd
   71 ?? IWs 0:00.06 nfsd-master (nfsd)
   73 ?? IW 0:00.01 nfsd-srv (nfsd)
   74 ?? IW 0:00.03 nfsd-srv (nfsd)
   75 ?? IW 0:00.04 nfsd-srv (nfsd)
   76 ?? IW 0:00.04 nfsd-srv (nfsd)
25770 p0 S+ 0:00.14 grep nfsd
[ponds.water.net]$
