One of our employees has written an index auto-generator and is
running it on a NFS mounted directory (from a Novell Netware 4.1
server). Something he is doing is causing this. No idea what... the
source code looks clean, so it must be something funky that the C
shell script that calls the generator is doing. I'm going to look more
closely at both, as the machine has just died AGAIN :-(
