I have it "instead of" in my kernel configs, and nothing appears
to be broken.  I mean, no code checks for the IPFIREWALL #define,
and otherwise compiling empty ip_fw.o (when both IPFIREWALL and
IPFW2 are defined) into the kernel seems pointless to me.
