You could try GalaxyNet (http://www.galaxynet.org). It's a smaller network with around 3,000 users. I'm administrator on one of the servers there, and services (ChanServ - Q , NickServ - NS) would be no problem. Paul. - > I don't see whats wrong with the undernet or dalnet.
