That depends entierly on the administrator.  If you don't run any
services all of them are pretty similar.  If you do run services, you
are generally exposed to the same vulnerabilities as the others.  The
default FreeBSD install is a little more liberal then OpenBSD and
significantly less liberal then the commercial Linux distros, but all of
them can be made more or less equivalently secure.
