I have sent dmesg to you.
I use Corsair CM74SD2048RLP-2700 2G ECC Reg.

Unfortunately, the CM74SD2048RLP-2700 won't be recommended using
on Tyan S4882 motherboard. It will be very unstable although it is
much cheaper than CM75SD2048RLP-2700(BGA chip).
