download 4.5-RELEASE/floppies/mfsroot.flp to /tmp

assuming the pseudo-device "vn" option is compiled into your kernel.

# vnconfig vn0c /tmp/mfsroot.flp
# mount /dev/vn0c /mnt
# cp /mnt/mfsroot.gz /tmp
# umount /mnt
# vnconfig -u vn0c
# gunzip /tmp/mfsroot.gz
# vnconfig vn0c /tmp/mfsroot
# mount /dev/vn0c /mnt
# cd /mnt
# rm -r /stand
# tar cpf - stand | tar xpf - -C /
# cd /
# umount /mnt
# vnconfig -u vn0c
