This sort of question would be more suitable for freebsd-questions.
Anyway, I use Pine, but it behaves in exactly the same way, and has always
done so.  If you're using some sort of GUI, try making the window wider;
I'll bet it'll then show 'To freebsd-stable@freebsd.org'.

Besides, isn't it more useful to see where you sent mail to rather than
just seeing that it's from you?
