 Can you share your idea about how to handle perl's modules in this case?
 
 PKGNAME is unique here, and if I install module under perl 5.12 I can't
 use it with 5.14 or 5.16
 We can share SITE_PERL among all Perl installations, but I doubt it will
 work for XS modules.
 We can add perl version as PKGPREFIX, but having ability to install same
 port 3 times also sucks.
