Don't expect to get lots of help for this; XFree86 4 is very, very beta
and has lots of nasty bugs. Use At Your Own Risk and Your Mileage May
Vary.

I suggest using 3.3.6 for production use.

I would also suggest running X as root so it can access these required
devices.  That or make the X server suid root.
