But your advice born an idea: I created a new user on my box at work and it _had_ the problem: galeon refused to show images on myportal: for that new user. But galeon continued to work fine for my usual user. So I started comparing home dirs of those users. Finally I found that to fix galeon I have to add user_pref("security.checkloaduri", false); to .galeon/mozilla/galeon/prefs.js Now my galeon works fine. Thank you very much for your advice which lead me to this solution! What do you think, does this worth being mailed to galeon developers? -- Oleg Sharoiko.
