If your Jaz drive is connected to a SCSI card, you don't need one.  I
don't know about the "special" Iomega SCSI card, but if your Jaz drive
is connected to a "normal" (for lack of a better word) SCSI card,
FreeBSD should detect it on bootup and you should be able to deal with
your Jaz drive just like any other device (newfs, mounting, etc).

I've been using an internal Jaz with my Adaptec 2940 card for some
time and am quite pleased with the performance, etc.
