Please, show output:
atacontrol mode ada2
atacontrol mode ada3
atacontrol mode ada4

Install /usr/ports/sysutils/smartmontools and show output:
smartctl -x /dev/ada2
smartctl -x /dev/ada3
smartctl -x /dev/ada4

And run the Western Digital Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and check all the
HDD(screws :)) .
