Some of them only get updated on full releases, not the fix up releases. 

The big failure was me forgetting to put the distfile on my http server. 

The purdue one doesn't like some addresses.

Then possibly some mirrors should be moved out of the list, or sorted
appropriately? Some of them were not updated for a long time...
