Phew!

It may be a bit more than I had expected to spend on the little birds
that nested just out the window, but just out of sight--my little girl
scares the mother off the nest whenever she tries to see them. We are
talking a hefty sum here, I think.

But it is a good suggestion. I will look into it, but I suspect that I
won't want to spend that much for now. (Is that really the optimal
solution since the demise of the *Connectix* QuickCam? I don't really do
anything with graphics to need the WinTV card.)
