Just brought a box up to 4.6.2-p2, from 4.6.2.  During the cvsup, I didn't
see any changes to /etc/rc.

See what "diff /usr/src/etc/rc /etc/rc" produces.  Maybe you hit the wrong
key on that file when running mergemaster?
