Is there an FAQ or How-To for compiling KDE apps under FreeBSD 4.4 ?

The following configure is refusing to work:

./configure --with-qt-includes=/usr/X11R6/include/qt2 \
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib --with-qt-includes=/usr/X11R6/include/qt2 \
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/X11R6/lib --with-extra-libs=/usr/local/lib \
--prefix=/usr/local i386--freebsd4.4

I keep getting:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 2.2.1) (libraries) not found.
Please check your installation!

(Hint: Qt 2.3.1 is installed.)
