I don't see whay not - just have it include a 
"Reply-To: listname@freebsd.org" in the header of all outgoing messages.  
Depending on how Majordomo is sending mail, it should certainly be possible.

The problem is not all mailers honor the Reply-To field.  For this 
reason, you could have it lie about the "From:" field, but how would you 
know who sent the post, then?

(p.s. I manually changed the To: field this time...  Thats's a tried and 
true method...)
