https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=191214 Bug ID: 191214 Summary: news/p5-NNML: can this interactive port be updated or removed? Product: Ports Tree Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: Needs Triage Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: marino@FreeBSD.org Hi Gea-Suan Lin, We are making a push to eliminate interactive ports. p5-NNML hasn't been updated since it was introduced 8 years ago. Is it still useful? Our options are: 1) Deprecate and remove the port 2) Convert it to be a regular, non-interactive port 3) do nothing If you think (3) is the way to go, you need to tell us why it can't be converted (the technical reason) and why it deserves to remain despite being unable to produce binary packages. Thanks, John -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
