When I try the "Handbook" link on the "Documentation" page I get a page
that says "Transfer Interrupted". I really don't think that the
transfer is being interrupted, it's quite consistent.

However, when I try the "Handbook" link here on the "Contacting FreeBSD"
page, I do get the handbook.

A quick look at the HTML source of these two links suggests that there
is a file "handbook/handbook.html" that contains the words "Transfer
Interrupted", and the real table of contents of the handbook is in
"handbook/index.html" (I'm no webmeister, so I may very likely have
this wrong).

In any case, there is something wrong with the link from the
"Documentation" page to the Handbook.
