I run it in 640x480 on my (old) notebook, that requires changes to the
bootblocks though. Maybe we should add some logic so one could set
the res on boot (I know, we are out of space).

Yup, I'm on to them, there is other minor things with this that needs
fixing, but it works for the moment, also the mousecursor is bad...
