pkg-message already says: "Please read  
<http://tt-rss.org/redmine/wiki/tt-rss/InstallationNotes>; and
<http://tt-rss.org/redmine/wiki/tt-rss/UpdatingFeeds>; for important  
points.", and
<http://tt-rss.org/redmine/wiki/tt-rss/InstallationNotes>; has a  
paragraph "Upgrade from previous version" which says "Update  
config.php with new configuration data from config.php-dist if  
necessary".

Please let me know if that could be better rewritten.
