clsync port patch: v0.4rc2 -> v0.4rc4

Hello. I'm a developer of "sysutils/clsync" and I received a build bugreport
from "pkg-fallout@FreeBSD.org". Appeared that I didn't take into account a
dependency on "devel/libexecinfo". The problem is fixed, the patch is attached.

checking for library containing backtrace... no
configure: error: "Unable to find libexecinfo"
===>  Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
