Is there any reason why "#define INADDR_NONE 0xffffffff" in <netinet/in.h>
is not defined when KERNEL is? I'm aware of what Stevens has to say about 
this being a valid address, etc. etc. but is it defined as something else 
in the kernel? I couldn't find anything.
