It seems that this panic was a result of filesystem corruption, which was 
caused by hw.ata.wc=1 on <ServerWorks ROSB4 ATA33 controller> and
<ST320414A> HDD.

After setting up hw.ata.wc=0 in /boot/loader.conf problems are all gone.
