hi i have a configuration question regarding PPP on the client i have an external modem connected thru a serial port the modem works fine... the reason being i can use "tip" and login to the server but when i use PPP the modem drops the connection immedialtly after connecting i am using the standard ppp.conf except with a minor changes to regarding authuser and authkey. the server uses PAP authentication is there anything else i need to do?? any help is greatly appreciated -Kiran (650)506-2850 _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
