Hello, I'm the owner of an iMac G4 700 Mhz. I've tried to install on my machine various distributions of Linux for PPC (waiting for a FreeBSD PPC release, obviously ;-) ), but without success because the current kernel release do not support the new ATA100 controller, and so neither cdrom drive nor hard disk were recognized. I desire to know if FreeBSD PPC, at the current status, supports this hardware and, if so, where can I find a bootable image of it? Thank you.
