I have noticed that the /etc/rc.d/jail script
will not start a jail that has the same ip address
as a jail that is already running.

But if I define 2 jails the manual way in rc.conf that
have the same ip address they will start.

So is this a bug in the "jail" script or is there some
reason for this restriction?
