After the x11-toolkits/gtk20 update to 2.22.1, Firefox (3.6.12) has lost
the back/forward arrows in the navigation toolbar, corresponding to
these runtime warnings:

(firefox-bin:16666): Gtk-WARNING **: Error loading theme icon
'gtk-go-back-ltr' for stock: Icon 'gtk-go-back-ltr' not present in theme

(firefox-bin:16666): Gtk-WARNING **: Error loading theme icon
'gtk-go-forward-ltr' for stock: Icon 'gtk-go-forward-ltr' not present in theme

OpenBSD has added this workaround to their GTK port:
