I'm not sure if the file MYKERNEL was sent or not with my message, so just in
case here it is.

I am having a problem getting any sound to work with my ESS1868 PnP 16-bit
sound card. All that works is the microphone.

I also can't seem to get any audio CD programs to stay open. They start up then
shut themselves right down. I have an audio CD in the drive.

Anyone that can help with either problem is greatly appreciated.

TIA!!
