Is the encryption export-restricted in any way?

If not, I see no reason why to keep the unzip.with-encryption port any
longer.

But I see

RESTRICTED= "This program can't be imported/re-exported from USA"
in the encrypted port.

(what I no wonder is - why do I have this port installed?)
