Directory contents after installing one of those ports will end up like this: -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 34 Apr 16 11:04 +COMMENT -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 171284 Apr 16 11:04 +CONTENTS -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 204 Apr 16 11:04 +DESC The files, if viewed, can easily be identified as belonging to netscape. This concerns the current version of those ports, they have not been updated since this problem last occurred. This may concern other netscape ports too. >How-To-Repeat: Install one of linux-netscape6 and netscape47-navigator on a machine with existing entries in /var/db/pkg. List directory contents after installation or execute pkg_version(1).
