2.1.5 does not require atapi.flp; the ATAPI functionality is included in
the default boot.flp.

It's busted.  Try using a brand-new, formatted, error-free floppy and a
machine running straight DOS vs. Win95. Win95 has a bad habit of
corrupting the rawrite operation.

Don't copy the packages distribution, it's huge and DOS will munge the
filenames to point where FreeBSD won't recognize them.  Once you get up,
you can copy them off the CD.

packages is special -- if you look at the disk under FreeBSD all the
sub-directory listings are all symlinks to the actual files in
packages/All.
