Please describe this more clearly.   I don't understand the relationship
in the second 3.2GB.  Is that in an extended partition, or separate
partitions?

If the Windows partition is a primary partition, simply delete it and
install FreeBSD in the space it used to occupy.  FreeBSD requires its own
slice.
