ReactOS is somewhat of a joke at this point. I've personally tried it, and I cannot see how it can be taken seriously until its cleaned up and made much more user-friendly. There's also been some developer "drama" in recent days, which literally halted the project for months on end, and I don't know what became of that. But does it work (e.x. "does it function")?
