Subject:   kernel dumps with FreeBSD 2.0.5

Greetings,

   Our FreeBSD 2.0.5 Internet server has started crashing every once in a
while (like once or twice a week).

   However, /var/crash is always empty, even after I've done a

	dodump /dev/sd0s1b

   Do I still need to define "option DODUMP" in the kernel configuration
file?  I was under the impression that this wasn't required with post 2.0
versions...
