 Err, frankly, I don't have "a script" but sorted this out manually,
 using the usual assortment of sh, sed, sort, etc, followed by a vi-based
 cleanup phase. :-)
 
 I admit it might be worthwhile to do this automatically. In that case,
 probably catman should be taught to deal with ".so <anothermanpage>"
 correctly.
