>Description:
The patch file files/patch-ui__surface__transport_dib_linux.cc appears to cause IPC shared-memory leakage. To reproduce use chromium, and monitor the output of "ipcs". After a while, the display will fail to render.

It should be removed; and the PORTREVISION should be bumped.
