FreeBSD hautmedoc 4.4-STABLE FreeBSD 4.4-STABLE #2: Mon Oct 8 18:44:52 CEST 2001 dockes@hautmedoc:/usr/src/sys/compile/HAUTMEDOC i386

>Description:
There is a static array in the program, used to setup the volume sliders.
Not enough entries are initialized.

The mixer in the cmedia chip causes the use of initialized entries

>How-To-Repeat:
Just start the program with a mixer with devices existing at an index
greater than 16

>Fix:
Initialize all entries in array.
