By the past, I tried it with an (old :-) 6800 GT, on DFP + CRT iiyama
screens:
two different displays or only one (twice larger , (2x1280)x1024)
have worked fine.

You have to weak your xorg.conf file to do this, reading the nvidia's
README,
but it's (was :-) doable.
