-Os is actually -O2 except for those optimizations which bloat but plus
some more optimizations which reduce bloat.  The main additional one is
-falign* to minimal values, so we wouldn't need both -Os -falign.  I
wouldn't trust -O2 for releases without lots of testing in -current
(and not updating the compiler after testing).
