Sure. Taylor UUCP is the version of UUCP written by Ian Taylor (hence
the name). It is the version of UUCP that is shipped with FreeBSD.
It's sometimes referred to as GNU UUCP.

The reason it's a problem for FreeBSD is this: whoever imported the
current UUCP into FreeBSD imported a set of pre-configured (by the
importer) sources. That pre-configuration did not include the #define
required to have UUCP recognise the traditional UUCP configuration
files (L.sys, etc.), thus breaking compatibility with all previous
versions of UUCP shipped with BSD.

The PR re-enables the traditional BSD configuration files.
