I recently upgraded to 5.1.21 and received the following message: 070929 06:48:41 mysqld_safe WARNING: Found /var/db/mysql/my.cnf The data directory is a deprecated location for my.cnf, please move it to /usr/local/my.cnf FreeBSD configuration files are located in /usr/local/etc thus mysql should be looking the file at /usr/local/etc/my.cnf Perhaps there is a mistake somewhere?
