The exact details depend on which DHCP server you are using, of course. With the ISC server, I believe that the syntax involved declaring the networks in a subnet declaration for the network on which the requests would be received. I don't have access to my lab network at the moment, though, so I can't check how I configured it for my DHCP testbed.
