	fe0 driver is what you should use, and it works quite nicely.

fe0 at 0x300-0x31f irq 15 on isa
fe0: address 00:00:f4:d4:02:6f, type AT1700/RE2000

	This is what I have in my kernel config file:

device          fe0     at isa? port 0x300 net irq ? vector feintr
