The xemacs21 port detects and uses the net/openldap2 library, but
does not register the dependency.

There are two ways to fix this:  add --with_ldap=no to the configure
command line, or add ldap.2:${PORTSDIR}/net/openldap2 to LIB_DEPENDS.
