Greetings,

I would be very pleased if someone could bring the new syslogd
from current into -STABLE. The new options are very usefull for
me (and for others, too). I have tested the new code in -STABLE
for about 10 days now, found a small bug which has been fixed
and it is working great now.

The two syslogd's have been identical in current and -STABLE
before, so I think the source for -STABLE can again directly
be taken from current. Please don't forget the manpages and
the small change to usr.bin/wall/ttymsg.c which is needed
as well.

The referring PR's are 7278 and 7407.

Thanks,

	-Andre
