Michael,=20 Yes, I have tried the Linux 3030 client on my FreeBSD boxes, and I have never been able to make it work correctly. We have a 3000 concentrator, I saw the client for that in ports, and actually got it to connect although I could not communicate with anything on the VPN network after connecting.
