There has been discussion of kernel threading for FreeBSD, but I don't
know if there is any effort other than the "port" of linux threads
at http://lt.tar.com .

Someone has tried to run a precompiled Linux Wine binary under
FreeBSD Linux emulation.  I believe that the result was that
additional functions  (modify_ldt, at least) need to be added
to the Linux emulator.
