I have recently bitten the bullet and installed FreeBSD on my laptop (a Toshiba Satellite 2515CDS), however, can not get it to attach to my LAN. The LAN cards I am trying to use are a PC-Card (CardBus) LinkSys PC200 and a D-Link DSB-650TX USB connector. If I have the USB connector plugged in on boot up, I get: aue0: MII read timed out repeatedly, and have to remove & power-cycle to get the machine back up. The PCCARD lan adaptor doesn't even probe or activate. Any ideas on other LAN hardware that might actually work?
